The U.S. Army is planning a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for various construction requirements at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Kentucky. The contract will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
- What exactly do they need? The Army needs a contractor to perform various construction requirements, including but not limited to, building maintenance, repairs, and new construction projects.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a MATOC with a base year and option years. The Army will release task orders as needed, and the contractor will be required to perform each task order in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- How will they pick the winner? The Army will evaluate proposals based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method.
