The Air Force needs a small business to perform a broad range of construction disciplines, including carpentry, excavation, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, structural steel, millwork, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, mechanical, HVAC, roofing, paving, utilities, and managing Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) clearance. The scope also includes minimum design capabilities (up to 35% conceptual design or updating legacy drawings) and related general construction work.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract with a maximum ceiling of $70M. The contract period consists of one (1) One-Year Base Ordering Period followed by six (6) One-Year Option Ordering Periods.
How will they pick the winner?
The Government will evaluate proposals based on the experience, financial means, and capability of the offeror to perform the required construction services.
