The contract is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a completion period of 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.
