The Navy needs a small business to provide cybersecurity consulting services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base year and two option years. The Navy will evaluate proposals based on technical approach, past performance, and price. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through SAM.gov by July 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET.
