The Navy needs a small business to provide comprehensive cybersecurity training for federal contracting professionals.

Key Details

The Navy needs a small business to provide comprehensive, situational-awareness-level training regarding Cybersecurity for Federal Contracting Professionals. The training will provide a practical understanding of cybersecurity principles, relevant laws and regulations, and considerations for incorporating cybersecurity requirements into solicitations and contracts.

  • What's the contract structure and timeline?

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 3 July 2026 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The Government will use a comparative evaluation to determine the best value to the Government using a comparative evaluation. A comparative evaluation is the process of comparing the merits of quotes against each other without the use of a formal rating system.

  • When and how do you bid?

Quotes are due on 4 July 2026 06:59:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the most current DFARS Change Notice. To be eligible for award, contractors must have a current registration and complete all Representations and Certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
