The products will be delivered on a weekly basis throughout the quarter, from July 1 to September 30, 2026. What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a request for quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded to the responsible Quoter who provides the best value to the government, considering the evaluation factors outlined below. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order or a Government Purchase Card transaction.
How will they pick the winner? The government will evaluate the Quoter's proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable. The Quoter's past performance will also be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis, considering the Quoter's record of on-time deliveries and accurate orders.
When and how do you bid? The completed solicitation package must be returned no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 5th, 2026.
