This is a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair & reasonable price and to be the most advantageous to the Government.
How will they pick the winner?
The Government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors. Quotations will be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price, and evaluations will continue until at least two competing quotations are found to be acceptable and have acceptable past performance.
