The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service needs a small business to decommission a dam at the Seney National Wildlife Refuge in Michigan. The work will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The selection will be made using a best value trade-off evaluation method.
