This includes transcriptomics (mRNA-seq) analysis, DIA-based quantitative proteomics analysis, untargeted metabolomics analysis, and multi-omics integration analysis. The contractor will also provide shipping containment and overnight shipping of samples from the VA.

The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month period of performance. The contractor will be responsible for all pre-processing steps, including extracting metabolites, proteins, and mRNA from human plasma, and performing quality control.
