The USDA needs a small business to perform an initial areawide market analysis for Delaware and subsequent annual recertifications or amendments for each following FY not to exceed 3 additional years. The scope includes:
- Initial areawide market analysis for Delaware
- Annual AWMA recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 3 additional years
The contract structure and timeline are:
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
- The contract type is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- The period of performance is not to exceed 3 additional years.
The agency will evaluate the quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable.

- Bid deadline: June 25th, 2026, 5:00 PM EST
