- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to design and implement a monitoring and control system for the Integrated Warning and Control System (IWCS) at Tinker Air Force Base. The system will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps, or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training in accordance with Tinker Air Force Base Instruction (Tinker AFBI) 21-100.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and two option years. The period of performance will be approximately 12 months.
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation will be based on the best-value tradeoff between price and technical merit.
- When and how do you bid? Proposals are due on July 1st, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST and must be submitted through SAM.gov. The site visit is mandatory and will be held on June 1st, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the project performance site. RSVP email confirmation of intent to attend the site visit is required by May 22nd, 2026.
