- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to design and implement a monitoring and control system for the Integrated Warning and Control System (IWCS) at Tinker Air Force Base. The system will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps, or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training in accordance with Tinker Air Force Base Instruction (Tinker AFBI) 21-100.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and two option years. The period of performance will be approximately 12 months.
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation will be based on the best-value tradeoff between price and technical merit. The technical evaluation will consider the contractor's experience, qualifications, and past performance.
- When and how do you bid? Proposals must be submitted through SAM.gov by July 1st, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST. Site visit attendance is mandatory to be considered eligible for submission of proposal.
