What exactly do they need?

The Coast Guard needs 3 DF antennas for its FRCs. The antennas must be manufactured by Techcomm or an authorized distributor. The antennas must be individually packaged and marked with a bar code.

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
