Heads up — easy to miss
- You must have a fully executed BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place by the closing date to be eligible for award.
- The solicitation will incorporate an Export Controlled Technical Data Package (TDP), and access to the TDP requires vendors to be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
- If you are not registered in the JCP or your certification has expired, you must mail DD Form 2345 to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office.
