The Forest Service needs a small business to test drinking water samples for the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests.

- What exactly do they need?
- The contractor shall process and test drinking water samples delivered to the Laboratory within the required 24hrs of sample taken to produce test reports and results for Total Coliform/Ecoli Test monthly, and Nitrate Tests (1 per system Annually), and PFAS Sampling as needed up to 14 per year.
- The Government estimates between 5 and 50 samples per month, with the winter months being the low and summer months being the high, it is possible certain summer months may exceed 50 if tests show positive results.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
- The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 2 Option Years for a possible total of 3 years.
- The period of performance will be: Base Period 09/01/2026 – 08/31/2027 Option Period 1 09/01/2027 – 08/31/2028 Option Period 2 09/01/2028 – 08/31/2029
