- What exactly do they need? The National Park Service needs a small business to replace the roof of the Duncan House in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The work includes removing and replacing the current roofing systems, gutters, and downspouts, and installing new underlayment, metal flashing, drip edge, gutters, and downspouts. The slate roof will be replaced with new metal slate shingles, the porch roof will be replaced with new 3-tab asphalt shingles, and the dormer will be replaced with new EDPM roofing system.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early April 2026 with performance to begin in May 2026.
