The U.S. Coast Guard needs a small business to rent dust collectors for its facilities.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The Coast Guard needs to rent dust collectors, air compressors, and blast pots for its facilities. The equipment includes 55,000 CFM Tier III dust collectors, 1800 CFM air compressors with dryers, and 8-ton blast pots. The Coast Guard also wants the option to extend the rental period weekly for each type of equipment.

What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm fixed price purchase order with a base period and options to extend weekly. The contract will be awarded on a best value basis, considering technical requirements, deadlines, and price.

How will they pick the winner? The Coast Guard will evaluate quotes based on who meets all technical requirements, meets deadlines, and offers the best price.

When and how do you bid? Quotes must be emailed to SK2 Kenneth Palmer by June 17, 2026, at 10:00 am Eastern. Include drawings approved by a professional engineer in your quote.
