The Navy needs a small business to provide educational support services for training and education, including lectures, personnel testing, scientific and management services, tuition and registration fees, vocational and technical services, training and curriculum development, education services, information training, education and training security, and other education and training services.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Navy will establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices. The BPAs will be awarded on a 6-month rotation through June 2029.
How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate past performance based on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality.
When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to rebecca.m.collins17.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 30 April for a June award, or 31 October for a December award.
