What exactly do they need? The USPFO for Hawaii wants a small business to construct a new 3,201 SF egress maintenance facility on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The facility must be designed as permanent construction in accordance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01 and 1-200-02. The contractor must use local materials and construction techniques where cost-effective and comply with DoD antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP) requirements.
