The Virginia Air National Guard needs a small business to make electrical repairs and replace existing fluorescent/incandescent lights with LEDs at the 200th Combat Weather Flight facility. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to perform the work, conforming to industry standards, Unified Facilities Code (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), and NFPA-70 requirements.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate the relevancy and quality of the offeror's past performance utilizing the completed Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment 4) received directly from references, as well as information obtained from other independent sources such as the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
- When and how do you bid? Quotes must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact listed in Section 2. Quoters must include pricing for all line items, a completed copy of provisions/clauses, and the following required submittal packages: Technical Narrative, Past Performance & Experience, Proof of successful performance, and Distribution of Past Performance Questionnaires.
