The Coast Guard needs a small business to modernize video surveillance and physical access control systems across the Southwest District.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Coast Guard wants a contractor to provide complete, turn-key solutions to modernize Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) throughout the Coast Guard District Southwest (CGD-SW) area of operations.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 30 calendar days. The government intends to award up to three (3) BPAs to responsible vendors that provide best value.
- How will they pick the winner? The government will evaluate the technical factors to determine if the management approach is reasonable and supports the tasks in the statement of work. Past performance will be evaluated to determine if it is recent (within the last 5 years) and relevant to the tasks in the SOW. Pricing will be evaluated to determine whether proposed prices are complete and reasonable.
- When and how do you bid? Submit your proposal via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist by July 30, 2026, at 9:00 PM ET.
