The Air Force needs a small business to provide full-service maintenance, repair, and inspection of elevators at Scott Air Force Base. The contract will cover a base year plus four option years, with a minimum 98% overall elevator availability rate required.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a five-year Requirements Contract with a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order for the base year and four option years. Unforeseen repairs and parts will be executed via separate Task Orders.

The award will be made on a Best Value Tradeoff basis considering Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price. Past Performance is considered significantly more important than Technical and Price combined.
