The Army needs a small business to provide elevator maintenance services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The contractor will furnish necessary personnel, materials, transportation, equipment, services, insurances, supervision, and all necessary to perform all repairs and routine preventive maintenance required to support elevators' operation in Buildings 315, 354, 390, 545, 552, 700, and 1340 (New Army Reserve Centers) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
