The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 120 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Subpart 14.

  • Hard copies will not be mailed.
  • All parties must be registered in the System Award Management System (SAM) data base at time of bid submittal.
  • Offerors must be verified in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at the time of proposal offering in accordance with Veterans Affairs acquisition requirements.
