The Air Force needs a small business to provide emergency water damage restoration services for its facilities in Edwards, CA. This includes extraction, debris removal, dry-out, clean, sanitize, deodorize, anti-microbial treatments, etc. for interior areas located throughout Edwards AFB, AFRL, and AFP42.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with no Contract Line Item (CLIN) structure and uses an annually updated Approved Price List. The contract will be awarded as an unfunded agreement to be charged upon placement of authorized calls.

How will they pick the winner?

The Government will evaluate offers based on Price, Past Performance, and Technical Acceptability. The evaluation process will proceed as follows: Price Evaluation, Past Performance, and Technical Requirement.
