This includes laboratory analyses and/or collection of environmental samples, analysis reports, collection records, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control (QA/QC) reports. The contractor must be NELAC certified and have all necessary County, State, and Federal certifications.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year ordering period. The anticipated period of performance will commence on July 16, 2026, and extend through July 15, 2031.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate offers based on Technical Acceptability, Price, and Past Performance of the services offered to meet the Government's requirement.

The package must include a capability statement, proof of laboratory certifications, field sampling standard operating procedures compliance, equipment calibration plan, quality assurance project plan summary, QA/QC narrative, and resumes of key personnel.
