The USDA Forest Service needs a small business to provide professional environmental consultant services to support completion of the Greater Sage-Grouse Programmatic LMP Amendment. This includes evaluating scoping comments, proposing action, and developing the final Record of Decision.

The contract will be a competitive BPA Call Order against the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR). The BPA is a continuous solicitation that allows for responses at any point in time.
