The VA wants a general contractor to build a new pharmacy and radiology addition at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Michigan. The project includes an addition to the main hospital to provide additional space for a permanent MRI, expansion of Pharmacy and Police, and other space for support functions. The addition will provide approximately 9,500 GSF of new space, and 4,000 GSF of renovated space on the basement and first floors. Work includes architectural, structural, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, earthwork, and other aspects of construction as required by drawings and specifications.

The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of approximately 610 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.
