The Coast Guard needs expansion joint pipes for its 154 FRC cutters. The pipes must be manufactured according to American Boa Inc.'s drawing number 1022585, Rev. A. Each item must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, preserved to prevent corrosion, and wrapped, cushioned, or secured to prevent movement. The packaging must meet the Coast Guard's requirements.
