The audit will involve air monitoring for sodium hydroxide during condenser coil cleaning, a visual observation of the cleaning process for possible ergonomic issues in the HVAC system, and air monitoring for silica and respirable dust during drywall demolition/sanding in the Carpentry Shop. The testing firm will prepare a separate written report of its findings with recommendations for corrective action, if applicable.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 30 days. The contractor will have 10 days to begin performance after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

- When and how do you bid? Proposals are due on July 2, 2026, and must be submitted through the VA's e-Bidding website.
