This includes maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction for various facilities and systems, such as building and structures, water storage tanks, lighting fixtures, and security systems.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a 12-month base plus four 12-month option periods and one six-month option to extend services, with a total term of 66 months.
