The Army needs a small business to provide fall protection annual inspection and recertification services for 12 months, with four option periods. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced quote that provides sufficient explanation/documentation to demonstrate their ability to conform to the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contract is a 12-month base period plus four option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The Government will conduct a price analysis of all quotes received. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (i) Price (ii) Technical Capability

Quotations are due 16 June, 2026 at 2:00PM EST. Please complete and return the attached Pricing Worksheet. All quotes and associated documents must be in English. All line items must be priced. Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.
