The VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT needs a small business to replace two damaged fan coil units in Buildings B 1 and B 2.

What exactly do they need? The VA Medical Center needs two fan coil units replaced in Buildings B 1 and B 2. The units are electrically supplied from separate electrical closets and are on PAC panels. The Service Provider must provide similar models of fan coil units that support the rooms they serve. They must also provide new valves to support isolation at the fan coil units.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 30 days upon contract award and Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Service Provider must submit a project schedule, work procedures, inspection procedures, testing procedures, and all safety documentation for review and approval by the VA Contracting Officer Representative and Safety Office before the start of work on site.
