The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) needs a fiber optic lease to ensure continuous network connectivity for TSA personnel at the Albuquerque International Sunport. The lease will cover six strands of fiber optic multi-mode strands for a period of five years (one-year base period and four one-year option periods).

The TSA intends to award a purchase order to The City of Albuquerque. The contract will be a sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2).

The TSA will evaluate responses based on clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested sources must submit detailed technical capabilities and any other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the needs of the Government.
