• What exactly do they need? The 156th Wing, Puerto Rico Air National Guard needs a small business to relocate fiber optic cables to a new facility within the base. The work includes installing, terminating, and testing new primary and physically diverse redundant single-mode fiber optic cables between designated base facilities. The contractor shall also install fiber optic patch panels, provide comprehensive testing, and provide all associated documentation.
• What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a completion date of no later than 60 calendar days from delivery of contract. The contract completion time is 60 calendar days after receipt of contract to include inspection and punch lists.
• How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose quote is found to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
