The Navy needs a small business to manufacture FiBO 250 interferometers, which include the FiBO 250 interferometer, FiBO Code Software v3.1, Calibration Target Set, Rugged carrying/storage case, USB 3.0 Connection Cable, User Manual and Documentation, and 1-Year Warranty on FiBO Hardware. The interferometers have been used in the Government's infrastructure for more than five years.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a delivery date of 10 weeks ARO or sooner. The contract will be awarded to the eligible, responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.
- How will they pick the winner?
The Government will consider past performance information where negative information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. The CMMC level required by this RFQ is CMMC Level 2 (Self).
- When and how do you bid?
Quotes must be e-mailed directly to daniel.w.sanville@navy.mil. Quotes must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on June 22, 2026.
