- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to supply FiBO 250 interferometer packages, including the interferometer, software, calibration target set, carrying case, and user manual. The packages must meet the minimum specifications and be delivered within 10 weeks.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a delivery date of 10 weeks ARO. The notice doesn't say when the contract will start.
- How will they pick the winner? The Navy will evaluate quotes based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
