The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs a small business to provide financial transaction processing services to support the Corps Water Infrastructure Finance Program (CWIFP). The contract will include tasks such as underwriting, accounting, project and borrower eligibility screening, FCRA compliance, and related financial efforts. The selected contractor will provide the necessary level of effort, material, equipment, and facilities to support these tasks.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a commercial service contract with a period of performance specified per task in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Option tasks will be 12 or 18 months from the date of award, and the contract period of performance will not exceed 5 years.

Award will be made based on a best-value tradeoff process in accordance with Department of Defense Source Selection Procedures.
