The contractor will perform annual and recurring maintenance on fire extinguishers, including but not limited to, external examinations, internal examinations, six-year maintenance, tagging and labeling, tamper seal replacement, and documentation and maintenance records. The contractor must be certified to perform maintenance and recharging of extinguishers.
