This includes annual inspection, maintenance/repair, refill/recharge/discharge, disposal, and hydrostatic testing for 2,050 fire extinguishers per year over a 5-year period. The contractor must be able to access Fort Benning to pick up and/or deliver the extinguishers.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Army will award two (2) firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to the offerors who are determined responsible and have the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractors will rotate monthly throughout the life of the BPA.

The Army will review past performance and evaluate the offerors based on their responsibility and price.
