The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to deliver three commercial-grade hot food counters.

What exactly do they need? The VA needs three commercial-grade five-well hot food counters that meet or exceed the mandatory salient characteristics listed below. The equipment must have a 14-gauge stainless steel countertop with five die-stamped well openings, five individual thermostatically controlled hot food wells, a well drainage system, stainless steel exterior panels, an under-storage area, heavy-duty casters with brakes, and a minimum 10-foot external cord and plug assembly.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a required delivery period of within 30-45 calendar days after contract award. The vendor will demonstrate equipment operation upon delivery.

How will they pick the winner? The VA will evaluate proposals based on the mandatory characteristics listed in the solicitation.

When and how do you bid? Proposals are due on June 8, 2026, and must be submitted through the VA's e-Buy system.
