The Navy needs a small business to deliver 17 flexible connections to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase / contract repair of this part from additional sources.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements.
