The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and off-base storage required to perform the work. The contractor will also source carpet from the Air Force Carpet Program manufacturers unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer.
What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is an IDIQ with a ceiling value of $9,000,000. The base year plus six option years from the date of award, estimated to be by 1 July 2026. A six-month extension of services is also included.
