The Air Force needs a small business to provide flooring services at Edwards Air Force Base and other locations.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a contractor to provide flooring removal, installation, and repair services at Edwards Air Force Base, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Plant 42. The contractor will need to provide all necessary management, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a period of performance of approximately 5 years, starting on September 10, 2026, and ending on September 9, 2031.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate quotes based on the criteria in RFO 52.212-2 and its Addendum (Attachment 8).
- When and how do you bid? Quotes are due via email on July 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. PDT. Please submit your quote using the attached Price List Template and Past Performance Questionnaires, signed by a valid past performance reference.

- Has experience with flooring installation and repair
- Has a valid CMMC Level 1 certification
