The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Medical Services needs a vendor to provide forensic behavioral science services, including:
- Forensic psychological and psychiatric evaluations and consultations
- Subject matter expert (SME) mental health consultations by forensic psychologists, psychiatrists, or licensed clinical social workers
- LEO physical examinations and medication reviews conducted by board-certified occupational medicine physicians
- Embedded doctoral-level forensic psychology support for DOS Consular Affairs and FBSS operations
- Part-time program management by a master's-level nurse
The services will be provided on an anticipated Time-and-Materials basis. Vendors must have active security clearances (TS/SCI or TS) and credential verification through MED's Quality Management Team.
