The U.S. Department of State needs a vendor to provide forensic behavioral science services, including psychological assessments and security clearance adjudication.

Key Details

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Medical Services needs a vendor to provide forensic behavioral science services, including:

  • Forensic psychological and psychiatric evaluations and consultations
  • Subject matter expert (SME) mental health consultations by forensic psychologists, psychiatrists, or licensed clinical social workers
  • LEO physical examinations and medication reviews conducted by board-certified occupational medicine physicians
  • Embedded doctoral-level forensic psychology support for DOS Consular Affairs and FBSS operations
  • Part-time program management by a master's-level nurse

The services will be provided on an anticipated Time-and-Materials basis. Vendors must have active security clearances (TS/SCI or TS) and credential verification through MED's Quality Management Team.

The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI. The notice does not constitute a solicitation, a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

The Government will assess tradeoffs and alternatives and may inform the development of a future solicitation.
