The USDA Forest Service needs a small business to improve forest health and vigor in California. The objectives of this project are to increase forest health and vigor, diminish tree competition and mortality, and reduce hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire.

The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government.

How will they pick the winner?

The government will evaluate quotes based on the solicitation evaluation criteria.

When and how do you bid?

Submit a quotation to the USDA Forest Service by June 22, 2026, at 11:00 PM ET. The quotation must be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation.
