The Bureau of Prisons needs a small business to supply fruit for FCI Danbury. The delivery will be for the period of July 1, 2026 to July 15, 2026. The delivery will be Freight on Board to FCI Danbury 33 � Pembroke Station Route 37 Danbury, CT 06811.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order or a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transaction from the local food services department.

How will they pick the winner?

The government will evaluate the Quoter's proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable. The government will also evaluate the Quoter's past performance on a Go/No-Go basis. The assessment will be based on the following criteria: Timeliness of Deliveries and Order Accuracy and Completeness.

When and how do you bid?

The completed solicitation package must be returned no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 5th, 2026. Vendors shall submit quotes only to Jared Caswell, Property and Procurement Officer, at jcaswell@bop.gov.
