- The contractor will provide COCO/GOCO operation and maintenance services for bulk and retail refueling services.
- The contractor will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and handling, and issue of DLA Energy fuel products.

- The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a four-year base period of performance.
- The contract will have four five-year option periods and one 4.5-year option period.

- The evaluation will be based on the best-value tradeoff.

- The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to the Contracting Opportunities website at www.beta.SAM.gov.
- Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), formerly Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), to submit proposals.
