- What exactly do they need?
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the duties of a Furnishings Movers & Handlers Company as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS).
- The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
- The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract for the initial 12-month period, with options for four additional 12-month periods and a six-month extension.
- The contractor shall use a 72-hour phase-in period to finalize all arrangements, including personnel, facilities, and materials.
- How will they pick the winner?
- The offeror's proposal will be evaluated for completeness and price reasonableness.
- When and how do you bid?
- Submit your proposal electronically via email to the primary and secondary points of contact listed above no later than the specified response date and time.
