- The services include system analysis, software development, application and customization, and technical writing.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The anticipated contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) one year option periods.
- The period of performance is as follows: Base Year: 30 SEP 2026 - 29 SEP 2027; Option Year 1: 30 SEP 2027 - 29 SEP 2028; Option Year 2: 30 SEP 2028 - 29 SEP 2029.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses based on the company's technical capabilities and past experience.
- When and how do you bid? Interested vendors should submit a capability statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described herein.
- Responses should be submitted no later than 10 JUN 2025 at 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) to both Suzanne Shin, Contracting Officer, via email at suzanne.j.shin.civ@us.navy.mil and Valerie Manguiob, Contract Specialist, via email at valerie.p.manguiob.civ@us.navy.mil.
